CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation: As a general rule, if you have prepaid for your order, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once it has been confirmed. If your order involves payment at the time of handover of purchased goods, any cancellation over 15 minutes after confirmation will attract a Cancellation Fee of Rs 50, which would be added to your next order. In the unlikely event the packaging of the purchased items or the items themselves are found to have been tampered or are damaged at the time of handover to you, you can opt for an exchange as per the Exchange policy below.
Exchanges:
a) In the unlikely event the packaging of the purchased items or the items themselves are found to have been tampered or are damaged at the time of handover to you, you may immediately show this to the delivery rider who will take back the tampered/damaged item/items and handover an un-damaged replacement of the same item/items. If the same brand/item is not available, you may accept a different brand as a replacement. If you choose not to, you must return the tampered/damaged item/items to the rider and reach out to us at twilightbangalore@gmail.com, where we will offer you a credit with the same order value to be used at another time on Twilight within 7 days.
Refunds: You shall be entitled to a refund only in the event of a payment error on our website/payment gateway, where money has been taken from your end but the order fails to confirm. In such cases, our system automatically detects and refunds these failed payments through the same payment instrument you used within 3-7 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the payment instrument. If you find that it has taken more than 14 days from the time of the payment to receive your money back, you may reach out to our team at twilightbangalore@gmail.com to resolve this for you. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

We (“GoHomie Technologies”) are fully committed to respecting your privacy and shall ensure that your personal information is safe with us. The Website is referred to as the “Platform”. Definitions
“Website(s)” shall mean websites on the internet for mobile and desktops and includes gohomie.in
“Device(s)” shall mean a desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet, mobile phone, smart watch or such other electronic equipment.
“Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action or any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to your mobile or storage device, crashes, breach of security and encryption.
“Personal Information” refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person, to whom such information pertains including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number and email address disclosed by you in relation to the services available on the Platform.

“Third Party” refers to any person or entity other than you or us.
Personal Information that may be collected and manner of its use
Personal Information provided by you in relation to the use of the Platform:In order for us to enable successful completion of the order process, we collect your Personal Information as may be required for the purposes connected thereto when you place an order on the Platform.
We may be required to disclose such Personal Information to the Third Parties solely in connection with purchase, sale and delivery of your order in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by such Third Party.
We use the details provided by you during check out to ensure that orders are successfully completed on time, and to keep you informed on the status of your order.

If you decide to register by logging into a Third Party Account via our Platform, we will obtain the Personal Information you have provided to the applicable SNS (such as your “real” name, email address, profile picture, names of SNS friends, names of SNS groups to which you belong, other information you make publicly available via the applicable SNS and/or other information you authorize us to access by authorizing the SNS to provide such information) from your Third Party Accounts and use that information to create your account and profile page and you will become a member. Depending on the Third Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third Party Accounts, you understand that by granting us access to the Third Party Accounts, we will access, make available and store (if applicable and as permitted by the SNS and authorized by you) the information in your Third Party Accounts so that it is available on and through your account on the Platform. If there is information about your “friends” or people with whom you are associated in your Third Party Account, the information we obtain about those “friends” or people with whom you are associated, may also depend on the privacy settings such people have with the applicable SNS.

Twilight shall address your discrepancies and grievances with respect to processing of information in a time bound manner.
